Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://shumft.sacredheart.edu website operated by Sacred Heart University ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Service
Our Service allows you to post document and graphics files for the purpose of transferring these file to designated University offices. These files are limited to official business related content. The senders are held wholly responsible for the content of the files they send, and the destination office which they select to send these files.
Files will be filtered by file type and size. All files will be scanned thoroughly upon submission for malicious content. Files determined to contain malicious content will be quarantined and held in evidence for possible prosecution of the sender.
All files uploaded with this Service become the property of Sacred Heart University. The content of the files will be used by the destination offices for official business only. Deletion of these file, once on our servers, is at our discretion, unless specifically requested by the sending party providing upon proof of identification.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to post at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
